We specialise in community access and in-home care for neurodivergent individuals while also supporting a wide range of disabilities and trauma-related needs. Our dedicated team ensures high-quality care tailored to each person’s unique requirements.
Our Directors have firsthand experience working in large organisations where people were often treated as numbers, and their individual needs were overlooked. This motivated us to create a service that prioritises genuine care, strong relationships, and a commitment to going the extra mile. We take pride in doing things differently.
Unfortunately, we’ve seen a rise in people taking on the role of Support Worker without the necessary skills, experience, or training. This can lead to inconsistencies in care and, in some cases, negative outcomes for those relying on support.
To ensure the highest quality of care, we are highly selective in our hiring process. Every team member is thoroughly vetted, properly qualified, and experienced. For those new to the industry, we provide comprehensive training, hands-on guidance, and mentorship to help them grow into confident and capable professionals.
Unlike some services that match participants with support workers based solely on availability, we take a more thoughtful approach. We carefully consider each participant’s needs and preferences to ensure the best possible match. If we don’t have the right person available, we actively seek someone who aligns with their expectations. Our approach offers the flexibility of hiring independent workers while maintaining the reliability and support of a service provider—without the hassle of managing recruitment or logistics.
If our approach and values resonate with you, we’d love to connect. Let’s organise a meeting over coffee—or simply have a chat over the phone. We look forward to hearing from you!
