New to the NDIS, or between providers?

Tell us what you need. If we can do it, we will say what the week would look like. If we cannot, we will say that too.

Registered NDIS provider

Plan managed and NDIA managed, plus Queensland Child Safety funded work that most providers here do not hold.

Qualified social workers

A Master of Social Work leading the business, not a coordinator with a caseload.

Consistent hours

We build rosters around substantial ongoing hours, so the same person keeps turning up.

Based in the Sunshine Coast

Workers travel to you across the Coast and Moreton Bay, not in from somewhere else.

Support that fits around your life.

Five services, each with its own practitioners. Say which part you are after and we will give you a straight answer on whether we cover it.

In-home supports

Personal care, help around the house, and the ordinary weekday routine that makes everything else possible.

In-home supports

Community access

Getting to the things you enjoy, building confidence out in public, and staying connected to the people you want to see.

Community access

Social work

For the parts of a plan that need a qualified practitioner: assessment, advocacy, safety planning, and the reports nobody wants to write.

Social work

Case management

One practitioner holding the whole picture, so nothing falls into the gap between services.

Coffee, Games & Community

Our free weekly meetup. No booking, no cost, and no NDIS plan needed to come along.

The weekly meetup

A worker who stays.

The most common thing people tell us about their last provider is that they never knew who was coming. A different face each week, the history explained again every time, and a roster that changed without warning.

We hire for temperament and we build rosters around substantial, ongoing hours, not scattered short shifts. That is the whole reason the same person keeps turning up. It is a staffing decision, not a promise.

It also means we are honest about fit. If what you need is a couple of hours here and there, we are probably not your provider, and we will say so early.

How we work

For support coordinators.

Current capacity, catchment and turnaround are published and kept current, so you are not ringing to find out we are full.

Every referral gets an answer the same business day, including the ones we cannot take, with a reason you can act on.

Capacity and referrals

Where we work.

Sunshine Coast: Caloundra, Nambour, Maroochydore, Noosa and the hinterland.

Moreton Bay: Caboolture, Morayfield, North Lakes and Burpengary.

Supports are delivered in your own home and community, so what matters is where our workers travel, not where our office is.

Where we work

Across the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay

The same team and the same approach wherever you are. If you are just outside these areas, ask us. We will say yes or no.

Tell us what you are looking for.

Every enquiry gets an answer, including the ones that end in a no. When it is a no, we will point you somewhere better.
