NDIS provider Sunshine Coast
NDIS Provider in the Sunshine Coast
A registered provider taking new participants now, for community access, in-home support and social work. We call back within one business day.

What we do, and what we do not
We deliver three things: community access, in-home supports and social work. We do not do plan management or support coordination, and we will not pretend to. If you need one of those we will point you to someone who does it well.
The team is led by a Master of Social Work and a psychology graduate, and every support worker has their qualifications and experience checked by us before they meet a participant, not after.
The thing people tell us they wanted and could not find elsewhere is a worker who stays. Longer shifts, the same person, and a roster that fits your week.

Three supports, done properly
Here is what we do well.
Community access
Getting out to the things you would go to anyway if getting there were easier. One to one or small group.
In-home supports
Personal care, household help and daily routines, from a worker who knows the house and knows you.
Social work
Assessment, reports, case management and crisis support, led by a Master of Social Work.
Coffee, games and community
A free weekly social group open to anyone who would rather start somewhere familiar.
Workers we verify
Qualifications and experience checked by us before anyone starts. Not taken on trust.
Consistent rosters
The same worker each week wherever it matters to you, and longer shifts.
Where we work
Across the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay
The same team and the same approach wherever you are. If you are just outside these areas, ask us. We will say yes or no.
How we work
Support built around you, not around a roster.
The plan is yours. Our job is to help you understand it and take control of it, not to run it for you.
- A named regular worker, and a named backup you have already met
- Hours that fit school, work and the rest of your week
- Straight answers on what we can and cannot do
- Reports and notes a coordinator can use

Who can get NDIS support in the Sunshine Coast
The NDIA decides who is eligible, not a provider. To apply you need to meet an age test, a residence test and a disability test. In short:
- Younger than 65 on the day you apply
- An Australian citizen, permanent resident, or Protected Special Category visa holder
- Living in Australia and spending most of your time here
- One or more impairments likely to be permanent, that substantially affect daily life
There is a separate early childhood approach for children younger than 6 with developmental delay and children younger than 9 with disability, and an early intervention pathway for people whose supports now would reduce what they need later.
If you already have a plan, none of this applies to you and you can skip straight to asking whether we have capacity. If you are not yet in the scheme, we can tell you what the process looks like, but we cannot approve access and neither can anyone else selling you a service.

Which NDIS budget pays for support
In-home support and community access are paid from Core Supports, under Assistance with Daily Life and Assistance with Social, Economic and Community Participation. Core is the most flexible part of a plan, so hours can usually move between those two as your week changes.
Social work is different. It normally comes from Capacity Building, under Improved Daily Living, and that money is tied to its category. It cannot be moved across to Core, which is worth knowing before you commit to anything.
The NDIA sets the maximum rates, not us. They change with the day of the week, the time of day and the type of shift. Where a worker drives you, travel time and a per-kilometre amount are claimed under the same rules, and you get the figures in writing before the first shift.
- Core Supports for in-home help and community access
- Capacity Building, Improved Daily Living, for social work
- Registered, so agency managed plans can use us too
- Rates, travel and cancellation terms in writing before anything starts

Getting started
How to start NDIS support with us
-
Tell us what you need
Call 1300 410 145 or send an enquiry. We answer every enquiry within one business day, and the person who answers has done the work.
-
We check what we can staff
We go through your plan, the hours and the days. If we can cover it we say so and name the worker. If we cannot, we say that on the same call.
-
Meet the worker, then start
You meet them before their first shift, with no obligation either way. Rates, travel and cancellation terms are in writing before anything starts.
Reviews
What people say on Google
Reviews are collected and published by Google, not by us, so you are reading them where they were left.
Read our reviews on GoogleQuestions we get asked first
Are you taking new participants?
Yes, in the Sunshine Coast and northern Moreton Bay. Call or use the form and someone from the office will call you back within one business day with a straight answer on capacity.
Do you work with plan-managed and self-managed participants?
Yes, and with agency-managed plans as a registered provider. Tell us how your plan is managed and we will sort the paperwork side.
Can a support coordinator refer someone?
Yes. There is a referral form for coordinators and LACs, and we do not take a referral we cannot staff.
What if you cannot help?
We say so, and we tell you who might. We would rather refer you on than deliver something poorly.
Which part of my plan pays for this?
In-home support and community access come from Core Supports. Social work usually comes from Capacity Building, under Improved Daily Living. Bring your plan to the first call and we will read the budget page with you.
Can I use you if my plan is agency managed?
Yes. We are a registered NDIS provider, so agency managed, plan managed and self managed plans can all use us. Our registration is on the NDIS Commission’s public provider register.
What checks do your workers have?
A current NDIS Worker Screening Check and the NDIS Worker Orientation Module, plus a Blue Card for anyone supporting a child or young person. We verify all of them ourselves.
Do you do SIL, plan management or behaviour support?
No to all three. We deliver in-home support, community access, case management and social work. Where you need something else, we will name a provider who does it properly.
How do I know you can staff my hours?
Ask us on the first call and we will answer straight. We do not take a referral we cannot staff, and we do not add people to a waitlist and hope.
Tell us what a good week looks like.
We will work out the support around it, and tell you what we can do.
