In-home supports Moreton Bay

NDIS In-Home Support Across Moreton Bay

Personal care, household help and daily routines in the northern Moreton Bay corridor, from a worker who stays.

A quiet coffee at home before the day starts

Help at home that does not feel like a service

In-home support is the plan’s language for the ordinary things: getting up and ready, meals, the house, medication reminders, and the routine that holds a day together. It works when the person doing it is familiar, and it does not when they are a stranger every week.

So we roster the same worker, introduce them before they start, and give you a named backup you have also met. Longer shifts, because forty-five minutes is enough time to rush and not enough to help.

This page covers Caboolture, Morayfield, Burpengary, Narangba, North Lakes, Deception Bay and the Bribie Island side. If you are in the Sunshine Coast, the in-home supports page for that area is the one you want.

Appointments

Getting to them, getting through them, and remembering what was said.

Building skills

Doing things with you, so that over time you need us for less of it.

Where we work

Across the Sunshine Coast and Moreton Bay

The same team and the same approach wherever you are. If you are just outside these areas, ask us. We will say yes or no.

Consistency

You will know who is walking through the door.

The most common complaint we hear about other providers is a different face every week. We do not do that.

  • Meet your worker before the first shift
  • A named backup you have also met
  • Workers who live in the area where we can
  • Hours that stay the same week to week
Ask about availability

Questions about in-home support

Can I choose my worker?

You meet them first and you can say no. Matching matters more than availability, and we would rather take longer to find the right person.

What are your minimum shift lengths?

Usually two hours. Short shifts mean rushed care and a worker spending more time driving than supporting, so we avoid them where we can.

Do you do evenings and weekends?

Yes, at the NDIS rates that apply. Tell us the hours and we will tell you whether we can staff them.

What if my worker is sick?

Your named backup covers, and you have already met them. If neither is available we call you. We do not send a stranger.

Tell us the hours you need.

We will tell you what we can do.
